Andrea Montoya

Andrea, a bilingual attorney, is deeply committed to aiding clients in their personal injury, probate and trust litigation, and workers’ compensation cases. Transitioning from a career defending insurance companies to representing injured individuals, Andrea made a conscious decision to advocate for individuals rather than corporations.

Passionate about serving others, her commitment is evident in her extensive community service. For eight years, she was actively involved in Creighton University’s community service initiatives in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, she dedicated two years to the Peace Corps, serving in rural Honduras.

As a compassionate advocate, Andrea leverages her comprehensive knowledge of negotiation and communication tactics with insurers, employers, and opposing counsel to secure the best outcomes for her clients. She is unafraid to take cases to trial and approaches each case from day one as if it were headed to court.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Andrea handles cases across Nebraska and Iowa. She offers complimentary consultations for all personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, where Carlson & Blakeman is based, Andrea enjoys her downtime with family and cheering on her children in their various sports activities.
