Bio

Adam is a passionate attorney and a zealous advocate for his clients. With more than a decade of experience, Adam is an expert in the areas of estate planning, elder law, asset preservation, estate litigation, and guardianship & conservatorships.

Adam grew up in Omaha and graduated from Skutt Catholic High School. He earned a degree in Humanities from Arizona State before earning his law degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He began his legal career in Phoenix where he developed a successful estate planning and domestic relations practice. Because all roads lead to Omaha, he returned to his hometown in 2013 where he spent several years as a Trust Officer. After rediscovering that he is a lawyer to his core, he returned to private practice in 2017.

Adam is particularly passionate about protecting vulnerable people from exploitation and preserving wealth for his clients across generations. He utilizes his unique skills and knowledge by helping people with their estate planning and elder law needs. Adam is an avid outdoorsman, podcaster, and diehard Huskers fan.
